The equipment features a 180° tilting turntable. The rear axle suspension can be loaded/unloaded either by robot or manually with an assisted manipulator. Shot peening and loading/unloading are performed simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency and convenience. The system is equipped with a G80II shot peening generation system and 2 nozzles, which are moved by a FANUC six-axis robot. The tilting door is also equipped with a workpiece rotation mechanism. Working in coordination, these features enable precise peening of weld seam positions, achieving a cycle time of 90 seconds per part.

The nozzle motion system consists of a robot and a gantry. The robot is a six-axis type, and the gantry has X and Y axes. The positioning accuracy of the motion system is ≤±2mm, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤±2mm. The equipment is equipped with two vibrating screens: one for screening recovered media, and the other for screening media during the refill process. The soundproof enclosure consists of a base, structural frame, rock wool panels, sound-absorbing padding, acoustic panels, and a service access door. Fan noise control complies with GB12348-2008, with boundary noise ≤85dB(A).

The blasting chamber features a full manganese steel body and a 180° tilting turntable, with two blasting stations on one side. Two high-performance P380 blast wheels are mounted on the top of the chamber to perform internal wall blasting strengthening of tubular components. Each station is equipped with pneumatic cylinder grippers, accommodating parts up to 1200mm in height and enabling automated loading/unloading. An electromagnetic flow control valve is installed, with a maximum media flow rate of 300 kg per blast wheel. The recovery system uses a screw conveyor and bucket elevator to ensure equipment stability under high-flow circulation. A three-stage media classification system (classifier, vibrating screen, cyclone separator) and an 8-cartridge dust collector are integrated to guarantee consistent blasting efficiency and stability.
