The equipment features double doors, allowing blasting and loading/unloading to be performed simultaneously, increasing productivity. The blasting chamber is constructed of full manganese steel and is equipped with one high-performance P380 blast wheel, featuring machined blades made of mold steel and an ABB custom-built motor for excellent dynamic balance performance. With two turntable doors and a turntable diameter of 1200mm, parts are laid flat on the turntable during blasting, which rotates continuously to enable complete cleaning of parts across the entire table surface. The equipment includes an advanced 2-stage media separation system (classifier and cyclone separator) and an 8-cartridge dust collector, which promptly remove unqualified media from the system to ensure consistent blasting efficiency.
