Product Positioning

This model is a large tumble belt-type machine with a capacity of 300L and a maximum load of 500kg, suitable for cleaning large batches of forgings and castings. It is equipped with a high-performance 11kW P380 blast wheel, featuring hydraulic loading and vibrating unloading mechanisms, offering a high degree of automation and excellent blasting efficiency.

Application

  • The equipment adopts a 180° rotary indexing table.
  • Rear axle suspension loading & unloading: supported by robot, or manual operation with power‑assisted manipulator.
  • Shot peening and loading/unloading run simultaneously, delivering high efficiency and good operability.
  • Fitted with G80II shot peening system; 2 spray nozzles are driven by FANUC 6‑axis robot.
  • Workpiece rotation mechanism installed on the turnover door works in coordination with the robot.
  • Realizes precise strengthening treatment on weld seams.
    Cycle time: 90 seconds for each workpiece.
