The main turntable is manufactured from mold steel with manganese steel protective plates, ensuring long service life. Two 3-axis manipulators, controlled by a Siemens 840D CNC system with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤0.05mm, enable automated loading/unloading, high-precision, and high-reliability shot peening. The system is equipped with a double-chamber G120 pressure tank and EI electromagnetic flow control valve, ensuring stable shot flow. The dust collection system features 8 filter cartridges with an air cleaning capacity of 4800m³/h and dust emissions below 5mg/m³, meeting environmental requirements.
