The equipment body is constructed from 6mm manganese steel for long-lasting durability. It is equipped with 14 tooling stations, allowing simultaneous loading/unloading and blasting operations. The blasting chamber is divided into two sections, each equipped with 4 P280 blast wheels, all fitted with flow control valves for precise regulation of media flow. The media recovery system uses a screw conveyor and bucket elevator, with a maximum recovery capacity of up to 2000kg/min. The DC-12 dust collector effectively filters exhaust gases, with emissions fully compliant with shot blasting industry standards.
