The blasting chamber features a full manganese steel body and a 180° tilting turntable. Two high-performance 15kW P380 blast wheels are mounted at the rear of the chamber. The loading/unloading station is equipped with a part clamping device, accommodating parts up to 1200mm in height and enabling automated loading/unloading. An electromagnetic flow control valve is installed, with a maximum media flow rate of 300 kg per blast wheel. During blasting, the turntable at the blasting station rotates simultaneously to reinforce the outer surfaces of the parts. The recovery system uses a screw conveyor and bucket elevator to ensure equipment stability under high-flow circulation. A three-stage media classification system (classifier, vibrating screen, cyclone separator) and an 8-cartridge dust collector are integrated to guarantee consistent blasting efficiency and stability.
